First, I did not promptly receive the receipts for my order which made me feel like this was a scam place. Brandon finally responded to my emails, and eventually my Daab did arrive. There was a manufacturing defect, the concentrate cup is missing the metal band which causes it to heat. I have not yet received a response from Brandon about the cup. I am still hoping they will step up and replace it.
Simply the best pipe I've ever used. Wash, dry, reuse. And it's even better when you put it in the freezer for a couple hours before use.
